On our menu the Brandenburg-Prussian cuisine prevails. Classics such as steaks and a weekly changing menu with national and international dishes round off our offer. Many of the ingredients we use, such as potatoes, tomatoes and herbs, come from our own private natural garden.

Our hotel complex offers comfortable overnight accommodation for a relaxing stay. Direct access to the hotel’s private beach on the shore of Lake Plessow is possible from every room via the garden terrace and the park-like hotel garden.
