Kemnitz lies within a well-developed and well sign-posted network of cycle routes. The European long-distance cycle route R1 that starts in France and runs via the Benelux, Germany and Poland to St. Petersburg is located in close proximity.

But also the many regional sign-posted routes, such as the F1, F2 and F3 and the Fontane Panorama Route, guarantee unlimited cycling fun. Route F3/3 leads directly through Kemnitz. It is well worth exploring the route that traverses the picturesque villages of the Havelland, passing the Otto Lilienthal monument and leading to the historic town centre of Werder.
